LIBERNETIX needed an exhibition stand that would turn heads for all the right reasons at Sigma Europe. They brought us a challenge packed with creativity and we delivered a high-impact stand that captured attention, sparked conversations, and reinforced their reputation for innovation. Bold ideas, brilliant execution.
Some projects make their mark because of scale. Others, because of simplicity. This was both - and neither! Libernetix wanted a stand that reflected their sharp, disruptive brand personality within just 25 square metres at SiGMA Europe 2024. The space might have been small but the ambition was anything but. They wanted to make people stop, smile and remember the name.
What followed was a build that became one of the most talked-about features of the show, a clever, confident design that doubled its lead target and turned a single idea into a full brand experience.
Libernetix came to us with a clear goal: raise brand awareness and build a presence that felt open, premium and distinctly theirs.
They set a KPI of 100 qualified leads, measurable and achievable. The stand had to feel effortless but unexpected, translating their trademark humour and innovation into a physical space. It needed to make sense for the brand and surprise the audience. That balance between control and curiosity became our starting point.
Every project we take on begins with Exhibitionology, our way of combining creative thinking, technical precision and common sense. The concept grew from one clear thought: use something instantly familiar to express something new. Sixteen real washing machines became the framework for storytelling, reflecting Libernetix’s “Talk Dirty To Me” campaign with intelligence and wit.
The idea was cheeky, literal and perfectly in line with how Libernetix saw themselves, clever enough to make people laugh, sharp enough to make them think. And it worked, beautifully.
The stand was built around a beMatrix modular aluminium system, a structure designed to do more with less. We kept the lines clean and the space open, adding bespoke joinery to house the washing machine installation and integrate lighting.
Above it all, a rotating illuminated “X” turned slowly on a custom engineered pole system, making the brand visible from across the hall without adding clutter below. The stand was finished with a 1.5m x 3m LED video wall and a neon LED “Talk Dirty To Me” sign that pulled everything together, confident, simple and undeniably Libernetix.
Daily communication with the client kept decisions fast and practical. Even when a roof leak appeared during installation, the fix was made before anyone needed to worry, handled quietly, exactly how we like it.
And when the show closed, the materials didn’t go to waste. The framework went back into our hire stock, the “X” was used again and the washing machines were dismantled and returned to the manufacturer for parts and recycling. Sustainability wasn’t a headline, it is just part of how we work.
People stopped, they smiled, they took pictures. They shared images, tagging them and then stepped into the stand to find out what it all meant. The open layout made conversation natural and the light and motion created flow.
Even from a distance, it was impossible to miss. A glowing X, visible right across the hall caught attention, the texture of the machines invited curiosity and the story held it. The stand pulled people in without gimmicks, every detail had purpose, reinforcing what Libernetix wanted people to feel - clarity, confidence and bags of charm.
Libernetix were involved from start to finish, and that collaboration shaped every decision. Communication was easy, direct and quick. They described the experience as “smooth and collaborative from start to finish”, praising the responsiveness and attention to detail that made the process feel easy.
“The stand was distinctly Libernetix. It captured the clean strength of our “X” symbol, balanced modern minimalism with high impact elements and created an atmosphere that felt both premium and approachable”.
That mutual trust gave both teams the freedom to push the idea further, confident that we would deliver something bold but grounded.
