How Imagine Events keep clients ahead of the game at ICE and LAC

When ICE, the world’s biggest gaming expo rolls into town, there are hundreds of companies who want to be there. The annual launch pad for gaming innovation, it’s become the meeting place of choice for the industry.

Alongside the London Affiliate Conference that brings over 5,000 delegates to London for networking and learning, these events offer a massive showcase to our clients in the online gaming and betting industries. Here’s how we helped our clients attract attention and interest in their brands.

High impact design

ECOMMPAY went big with their 200m exhibition stand, and it was our job to make sure everyone was talking about this state-of-the art secure online payment solutions provider at ICE 2018.

We created a huge hexagonal feature wall, with dramatic lighting, which attracted plenty of attention and gave the space an open and welcoming feel. Picking up on interior design inspiration from their trendy offices in Riga, we created a raised VIP area, hospitality area and seating – perfect for starting those important sales conversations.

Standing up to demands of a huge event

Innovative Technology are major players, producing cash handling machines for the gaming, amusement, vending, retail and kiosks markets. We created a simple, clean stand design with strong company and corporate branding to reflect their standing.

We incorporated some clever touches, including double sided pods and floating glass shelves to showcase their products. And feature lighting gave this space real stand-out appeal. It’s a stand that will serve them well at numerous trade shows throughout Europe.

Attracting business

The island of Jersey is a great base for gaming and gabling businesses, with very competitive license costs, tax benefits and excellent IT infrastructure. We worked with Jersey eGaming to bring this to life by representing 10 different companies in a small modular stand. 

We created a practical space for conversations with business visitors, and a dedicated store room to make this a really functional space that they can use at many different events.

Building on a strong reputation

The Press Association (PA) is the UK’s leading provider of multimedia content and services for businesses around the world, including the BBC, Daily Mail Group, Trinity Mirror and SKY.

Their brand demands a professional and reliable presence at an event like this. We worked with them, taking the best elements of previous events and adding a larger screen, more storage and a sleek, modern look. We were even able to fit in a meeting space and smart reception desk in their relatively small floor plan.

Adding an element of fun

A 2m long multi-coloured bubble tube is pretty hard to ignore, and this eye-catching element drew plenty of visitors to the Posh Friends stand at LAC (London Affiliate Conference).

Posh Friends offers high-quality affiliate programs with trendy gambling projects Casino-X and Joycasino. We’ve worked with them on many events, and always add a bit of fun that to reflect the themes of their marketing and games. From glittery disco balls, to dragon costumes, there’s nothing that we can’t create or track down to add a touch of magic to your events.

Keeping the bar stocked

A lively bar area kept footfall so high at GVC Group’s stand that they want to re-use the stand we created for them at future events.

GVC Group are one of the world’s largest sports betting and gaming groups, offering sports betting, casino, poker and bingo for some of the industry’s most popular online brands including bwin, Sportingbet, partypoker, partycasino and Foxy Bingo. We worked closely with their marketing team to create an open and inviting stand to showcase five of their brands.
