We were recently asked by our client Unique Vacations to provide a display solution for showcasing the company’s premium brands - Sandals & Beaches - at two of the UK’s most prominent consumer shows, The Ideal Home Show and Grand Designs Live.

The stand had to be re-useable for use initially at these two shows and flexible enough to be adapted to suit the different spaces of these and future shows.

To achieve strong branding and to provide focus on the luxury vacation products, it was decided that a high impact backdrop would be needed.

The best solution for the backdrop was a brand new tension fabric system designed to support large, seamless graphics – it met all the criteria and enabled us to create the high impact back wall that was required. This system allowed us to cover the complete width of the stand with one image, thus maximising the exhibitor’s branding and messaging opportunities.

The modular nature of the system and the use of fabric meant that the graphic could be reused at the second show and again at future shows; allowing for different configurations according to the space booked.

Additional height was achieved at these first shows (both with unusually high shell walling) by fixing graphics above and to the side of the system. To complete the stand a lockable counter with plasma screen monitor support was added, along with reception desk and table and chairs – all colour coordinated and all delivered in line with the clients brief and, most importantly, within budget.
